I worked with Alan to lease my son a Trax. He was amazing answering every question I had about price and details on the vehicle. He definitely gets an A+ from me. Then we worked with Stephanie the finance manager and she was so great with us explaining every detail highlighting everything we needed to know and was extremely patient with me when I needed to ask questions. My experience with Beck was AWESOME! I loved the staff Ed was very knowledgeable about the cars we wanted information on and NEVER pushy or aggressive to force us into purchasing. That is something I appreciated and respected about him and one of the reasons I ended up purchasing my car from him! The second reason was the Stephanie in the Finance Department; she did everything she could to get me into the best rate possible! And for that I would recommend them to everyone.

Phone communication; Subpar

I had a 7:30 AM appointment at Beck for an oil change, but I didn’t leave until 9:25 AM. I was informed that my paperwork wasn’t even started until an hour after I arrived. While the overall service to my car was very good, the delay in getting started was disappointing.
